The best way I can describe JoAnna is a "bulldog puppy". She is so sweet and kind yet appropriately firm and tough when needed. This is an ideal personality when being represented in the largest financial transaction of most of our lives. JoAnna took the time to explain terms, conditions and the process 110% and made sure we understood what she was saying. She has a ton of relatable examples that she shares as well, to further make sure we are all on the same page. She is responsive and made our transaction personal. I truly felt that I mattered and that she did everything in her power to fully represent us as if it were her own transaction. Although I know I wasn't, I always felt like I was her only client because she always made all the time in the world for me and was there and responding when I needed her. Truly an artist at that balancing act!! I've already recommended her to friends and family who are also impressed and satisfied by her representation and will use her again!
