- Joann showed me homes
Jo Ann loves to create conflict. Be ready to do it her way only. She doesn't sell much so she squeezes the most out of the few sales she does get. She is not a friendly person, quite the opposite. You should avoid doing any business with her.
- Joann listed and sold my home
In SD since 1982, I've bought and sold three different homes, all with Joann Ghio as realtor. Joann's fun, friendly and incredibly savvy about the SD market. She's a polished negotiator, securing the best price for buyers AND sellers. She knows the business inside and out, listens carefully to clients and has a long-established community reputation for both honesty and professional competence. If I ever move again, Joann will be the first person I call.
