By far the laziest and most unprofessional realtor I have ever met. I moved into a rental home and two weeks later was notified that the property was being sold. Although it was a bummer, we were open to helping and being cooperative with the process. We had the unfortunate luck of getting Jo Ann as the realtor who listed the property. First of all, she listed the property without mentioning that the property was tenant occupied. So there were multiple people who came to walk through the property who were under the impression that they could buy, flip, and sell the property. When I called her to tell her she insisted that someone had “stolen” her listing and that qas not her listing for the property. She never came to the house to take pictures to post with the listing. She also sent realtors with clients to our house without our consent to walk through the property, which was scary as I was home alone and had no idea who the people were. I also asked her multiple times to remove my number from the listing as realtors were texting me all day and night trying to set up walk throughs with me. I asked her if she could set up a few times throughout the week that we could agree on that anyone could walk through, but she said that was not possible. She was not present at any of the walk throughs. Horrible experience. She was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process.

Not honest and can't be trusted. If you don't understand the paperwork please don't take her word. Please don't sign get a attorney.

The worse real estate agent I have came in contact with. She is unprofessional, rude and has terrible communication skills. She did not seem interested at all in helping me get the home I wanted. She was very unhelpful in the process, didn't explain anything and tried to get me to tour a house I had no interest in at all. The home I wanted was eventually listed as pending and I asked her if it was still available and she lied and said it was and that she talked to the listing agent, knowing I had no chance in getting that home. A complete waste of time.
