Joanna helped me and my husband find our first home earlier this year. As Bay Area noobs, she helped us navigate the crazy real estate market around here and gave us very sound advice every step of the way. She clearly knew the Peninsula amazingly well but was willing to continue to work with us even when we moved our focus to other areas. She was able to assess how much properties were likely to sell for and her predictions on whether or not we would get home X at a given price were pretty accurate. I especially appreciated, however, that she never put any pressure on us to bid higher than we were comfortable with. She was timely, responsive and really lovely. We are so happy our new home and have absolutely no regrets about the process we went through to get it, and I think Joanna is a big part of how we look back upon this whole experience now.

Joanna was the most AMAZING realtor to help us find our first home. She listened to exactly what we wanted and sent us properties to review almost daily. She even sent out a mailing to home owners to inquire about interest to sell in properties we were interested in! When it came time to make the offer on what ultimately became our home, she went above and beyond and included a token for the seller that she knew would make the offer even more personal. We're almost sure her thoughtfulness is the reason we were successful during the bidding process. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor or person to go through this very stressful process with. She almost made the process fun! Almost :) We were looking for close to a year before we met Joanna, and she helped us find a place that we love in a matter of months. Thank you, Jo! Joanna was instrumental in getting us our home. She has a patient and cool personality and is extremely resourceful, diligent and has great attention to detail. She always sent us us new home listings, and when we went to see homes she let us make our own decision and afterwards would provide us her advise from a realtor's perspective. When we bought our place, she knew we had a young baby at home and came home and signed all our paperwork late at night at our place. Highly recommend her!
