I don't write a lot of reviews for anything. Joanne Brown has proven what a realtor should be like. She has gone out of way to make sure everything went smooth from the beginning of sale and the finalization of the sale. But the most important thing that stands out, is when there was a squatter in the house she came and help me get him out of the house. Also, she did same when the same squatter broke in again, this time we had to change the locks and put extra security measures to make sure he doesn't get in.
