As first time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better group to help us. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but several locations, and they showed us any house we wanted and made us feel like family. My Wife and I completely trusted them throughout the process. If there was something wrong with the house, they showed us and let us know what we were getting into. When our first contract fell through, they worked hard to get us into our second and final within a day. They really went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Jodi and Julie were on top of things and went above and beyond to help me resolve things. They have been selling real estate for many years and know the business. Ms. Jodi Griffey is very nice and pleasant lady to work with. I first saw her on HGTV's House Hunters and I knew she was the agent we where looking for. She is easy to talk to and does an excellent job on getting you what you want. She works with a variety of different builders if you are looking to custom built. My home was a custom built and the builder was excellent. It's worth every penny of the $273, 000 we paid. My home is in the Sango area of Clarksville in the Porter Hills Subdivision. If you're looking for a real estate agent, look no further. I've moved and bought homes many times so I'm hardly a property virgin but I've had enough experience to know how awful a bad agent can be and what a blessing a good one is. Jodi is in the "good" category. Matter of fact, she may be the very best I've ever worked with. Jodi was responsive from the very first contact. She didn't scare me away by being aggressive, a trait I really hate. She seemed interested, but not "hungry." I think she possesses that rare quality of discernment that many claim to have but seldom do. She responded appropriately, in every instance, not an easy task. I'm sure some of my demands were unreasonable. Jodi never made me feel they were. Jodi listened! She listened to my criteria and didn't waste time for either of us by showing me houses that didn't fit. She always made me feel as if she had been waiting for my call and that my problems had been at the top of her list too. What a nice quality and how great to find it in an agent. Moving is stressful, buying is even more stressful. Jodi will work for you to make your ordeal as painless as she can.

Mrs. Griffey is an angel with a real estate license! I was a scared first time home buyer, moving over 500 miles away from anyone I knew. Thankfully, Jodie was recommended to me by the president of my new job. To me she was more than an agent. She was helping me make my dream of home owning come true. I do not know what one wants from an agent, but I do know that Jodi was knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, patient, flexible, and responsive to my high level of need. She bent over backwards to assist me in my unique circumstances. When I drove to TN for the weekend she spent the entire weekend driving me (and my 10 year old son) around looking at approximately 30 houses. Yes, I was high maintenance... some would say neurotic :) She was AMAZING! I would recommend her to anyone and when I am ready to sell she will be the first person I call.

Absolutely wonderful. She took us in and stepped us through a process that included hurdles and dips. She stuck with us, stayed on top of all of the paperwork and negotiations with the listing agent as well as the lender. Didn't matter if it was early or late, she always was available to us. I would highly recommend Jodi.

This was not our first time purchasing a home , so we have dealt with realtors before but Jodi was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish!! She is by far the best agent we have had the opportunity to work with and I would recommend her services to anyone! She was very reliable, always easy to contact, communicated consistently between myself and the builder and the other agent for the builder when there were any issues, and constantly kept us abreast of what was going on throughout the process of awaiting our closure. She is very friendly and always made us feel comfortable about approaching her with any questions we had pertaining to the home. When it is time to sell our home in this area, we will MOST DEFINITELY be contacting Jodi! It would be my pleasure to work with her again!!

I highly recommend Jodi to anyone. We had to sell our home from 700 miles away due to the military. She went above and beyond our expectations. She listed our home for $134,900 and it sold for $134,000. When the appraiser wanted to value the home at $129,000, she fiercely defended our recent improvements to the house and the appraiser agreed. Her communication with us was timely and consistent. I have to mention Felix, her go to guy for repairs. He put new vinyl in our bathroom, replaced base boards that my dog damaged and did all the pre and post home inspection repairs. The price and the quality of his work is unmatched

All I have to say is Jodi is the best Real Estate agent I have ever worked with. As a former military and current federal employee I have transferred alot over the past 20 years. She is very responsive and goes above and beyond. We transferred in from out of state so most of our contact and searching for a house was done by her....when she found us a good list we drove in to look at them. She made the process very painless. Even met with contractors on my behalf to work out details so this saved me time and money travelling. I highly recommend her.

Jodi was great, she worked with us as we worked to purchase a $320K property in the Sango area. Jodi was incredibly hard working and diligent in getting us the house that was right for us. Highly ethical, highly recommended. Jodi works more for the buyer than herself.

Thank God I found Jodi! She is very sweet yet very aggressive. I had a hard time getting my loan to go through and she never gave up on me. She went far beyond what she had to and made sure we got into the house we wanted. I will be using her in the future when it's time to ugrade to a bigger house. She is AWESOME!!!!
