Safe to say if it wasn't for Joel there was no way this deal would have gone through. Above and beyond is a understatement. Trying to buy a house for the first time in Silicon Valley is a battle! Joel didn't hesitate to do everything he could to finalize the deal, doing other people's jobs in order to expedite the processes that others said were impossible or taking too long. Joel's calm and calculated approach to potential issues was very much needed as this process got very frustrating at times dealing with lenders, agents, and title companies. Since I was completely green to the whole process Joel took the time to first explain and then walk me through and even taking care of things before they became a problem. It took 3 months to clear all the issues on the sellers side and I can 100% say I would not be in my house if it wasn't for Joel's tenacity! Joel is quite awesome, I and my wife were interested in buying a house and we reached out to Joel. Joel is the best at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Joel sold our home and helped us find another. He brought in a professional staging company, his assistant helped set up all inspections in a timely fashion. My husband and I were searching for a new home for several months. When Fred and I met Joel we where very upset and been looking for a realtor that would do what we wanted. It had been 5 months and where starting to get scared we wouldn't find someone to help us.
