I want to take a minute to highly recommend Johanna Sandev to you as a real estate professional. Johanna helped me to sell my primary residence and also helped me to purchase a new residence. Johanna Sandev represented me and my wife in the sale of our large ranch in Western Sonoma County. The same brokerage also represented the buyer, an out of state lawyer who bought our property sight unseen...In spite of this, Ms. Sandev professionally ensured the brokerage's balanced responsibilities towards us and the buyer. She guided us through the large number of inspections required by the buyer...Ms. Sandev supported us in rejecting the buyer's demand of $50,000 unsubstantiated by any requested repairs. Ms. Sandev explained our options, and we opted to choose the repairs for which we were willing to pay, thus resulting in repair costs that were orders of magnitude less than the buyer's original $50,000 brazen demand. We appreciated the readiness of Ms. Sandev to meet with us during the drawn out escrow process and to support us against any legally unreasonable buyer demands without violating her responsibilities to the buyer. Her professional expertise culminated in the successful close of escrow.
