I am a lifelong Ann Arbor area resident. Attended Ann Arbor schools and the University of Michigan. I am married and work with my wife Suzanne, we have a 16 year old son. Prior to entering real estate I was a general contractor for over 20 years. I have been in real estate for 10 years. The first 5 of which I worked in commercial and investment real estate. I am still involved with selling and leasing commercial property. 5 years ago I joined Edward Surovell Realtors and its successor company Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. I feel like my experience as a contractor gives me a slightly different perspective on homes, there overall condition and what improvements would be necessary to keep your home in good condition.
