Extremely unprofessional. John does not know the market or true value of homes in the Steele Creek area. John does not have enough experience to truly represent us as buyers in the Charlotte area. He tells a buyer what he thinks they want to hear rather than what they need to hear and consider. I want a 'qualified' real estate agent and not just an 'arrogant' individual who thinks he knows it all! It was a huge waste of our time trying to work with John, and we ended up losing a really great home!

Mr. DiCristo had an enthusiasm that made me and my fiancé at the time very comfortable. He was prepared and willing to assist us in finding our home which we did after the first day.
