Our family relocated to New Canaan from Westchester in 2018 after searching for 3 years in Westchester and CT for a larger entertainment- and teen-friendly home. When we met John, I warned him that we were difficult as well as frustrated with not seeing better options in the market working with prior agents. He listened to our requirements and showed us 3 homes. We picked one - a stone cottage with modern updates, beautiful indoor and outdoor space, and separate offices for my husband and me. The choice was easy, but the rest of the process was more daunting than we had anticipated. John was incredibly patient but firm when he needed to be. Also, being quite astute and experienced, he anticipated the research necessary as well as the questions we would/should ask. We knew no one moving into New Canaan but John and Melissa made the transition more manageable. We are so glad that we met John and hope that future clients get to experience the same stellar service as we did!

In our quest to move outside of NYC, we met with almost a dozen realtors in other towns, some in Long Island, some in Westchester, but nothing ever felt like a good fit. We randomly saw one of Johns videos, and had never looked in New Canaan. John dropped everything on a Sunday afternoon for a showing with us and then showed us all around the town. He made us feel so at home in New Canaan, we knew then that this was where we ultimately were going to buy. Susan, John and Melissa all spent so much time helping find the perfect home for us. They are so thorough, listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect forever home! We couldnt be happier with them and recommend them to anyone looking to move out of NYC (and have been) but also to anyone buying in the area. They really know the numbers, they see true value, and are in our opinion, the best brokers in town, if not the county!
