John Erickson

John assisted us in finding a home to purchase in the Mesa , Apache Junction area of Arizona. He explained the benefits and drawbacks of certain areas. He listened to our needs. He then complied a list of possible homes. To be truthful we weren’t even sure what we wanted and fully needed. Every time we changed our needs he worked to find selections. He helped us realize what we wanted. We drove by a lot of houses until he found us this one in Apache Junction. It was the only home we actually personally entered. John helped give us an idea of fair value of the property and helped with feedback on offers. He assisted us with an knowledge home inspectors to use. In fact was present during some of them. He was there to assist in the closing process. We would highly recommend John as a realitor to use.
