Highly recommend John! John is an excellent realtor and we couldn't have found our "forever" home if it weren't for him! John helped us close on a home in a very competitive area. He was very professional showing up on time for open houses, consistently sending us list of houses to check out, and giving his honest feedback after we toured a house. He expeditiously would submit our offers and always had great ideas on things we can do to a house which helped us see a vision clearly of what we wanted. For example, our new home has a large basement with exposed brick that was simply storage - John gave us the idea to convert to a wine cellar. Genius! We always felt he had our best interest and was committed to finding us our home. For example, he was instrumental when we were working through an issue with our lender and home appraiser after winning the bid. He was great in providing us recommendations for home inspector, radon testing, and land surveyor, which was much appreciated! During a appointment, his associate Inga helped us and she was fabulous.
