As seen on ZILLOW: I was a first-time buyer in a very tough competitive market. John Mayne exhibits strong negotiation skills and looks at the end result. Very prompt communication and follow up I was never in the dark or wondering about any detail of the transaction at any time. The diverse background and experience at all levels of real estate made the buying process a lot easier for a first time buyer like myself. In my case John researched all the options and had several suggestions on a Friday. I had an accepted offer over the weekend and was in escrow the following Monday. This transaction was only successful as a result of the experience level John exhibited , the small issues that always are present in any transaction were handled very well and resolved with my interest in mind. Though I am a first time buyer on the lower end of the market I was regarded with great value and my many questions and concerns were addressed completely all throughout the buying process. I had worked with a few agents in the last few years and had a series of unsuccessful transactions that died in escrow and had trouble finding the right condo for my needs and price range. The market is very fluid and requires a diverse skill set to understand the dynamics of the housing market and often times complicated transactions. Not all agents based on my experience have the skill set to navigate through the hurdles and steps to get to the goal of a successful transaction.
