- John listed, but didn't sell, my home
Over priced my house, was very rude and trashy. Then he moved into my home trashed it and when I got a full priced offer he turned it down due to the fact he would be homeless if he sold my house! Oh and now I have a lean on my house from his real estate business. How does that even happen? He's just a renter. Now when ever I sell my house I have to deal with a lean on my house! Don't do business with guy. Very shady person and business practices.

Terrible and unethical agent. To be a Military affiliate and have no sense of honor is beyond me.

John was the property manager for a home we rented. Although he was receiving payment for his services, he didn’t do anything. When issues arose, he made excuses and we ended up handling repairs on our own. Ironically, when we moved out he said the house was in better shape than when we moved in, but he kept part of our deposit with no real explanation. We were moving out of state, so we decided to let it go instead of trying to fight it. I would NOT recommend John Orfao.

Horrible listing agent! Late response times and unprofessional over all. If you want to be treated like a number, use him.
