Jon, and his wife Michelle of Sheridon Realty, the property manager of a house my daughter rented, were rude and incompetent landlords. They are rude and not trustful, hanging up the phone on you (if and when you ever get through to them), and take forever to fix issues with the rental property. Forget about trying to get full security deposit back, as they won't meet and do a walk through. Nor will you get the deposit back in a timely manner. They believe the legal time frames do not apply to them. If you don't want headaches with a rental, look elsewhere.
