Amazing Experience! Buying or selling your home, can be a very stressful experience especially when you are in a bad position. I am not much of a review writer, but due to my great experience with Jonelle with my recent home purchase and short sell, I felt the need to write one. The only reason I went with Jonelle for my home purchase, was due to how she handled my short sale 3 yrs earlier. I was going through the roughest time in my life which attributed to the short sale. At that point I really couldn't mentally handle the stress of getting rid of my house. Having Jonelle as my realtor took so so much stress off of me. She handled so much for me. She worked and fought so hard for me. She didn't make me feel bad at all about my situation and gave me comfort and hope. Honestly, hiring her to handle my short sell was probably the best thing I had going for me at the time due to how much of a pressure relief she ended up being. While I was in a good place during the house buying process this year she, like before, worked and fought very hard for me to get the best deal. She was always very responsive, punctual, honest, sincere, fast, and caught things I wouldn't have never caught. She was able to easily explain and break things down to me that I didnt understand. I learned so much from her. Also, I strongly feel and saw that she looked out for my best interest versus her bottomline. Once again, she had my back, and relieved so much stress and home buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions and processes you will go through in life. Therefore, I will always appreciate her
