Jorge visited the property we wanted to list and called that evening and said he had a client in mind. He brought the client by the house twice, but they changed their mind. Within MINUTES, Jorge called with another client and that client put an offer on the table. And Jorge also had another client with whom we signed a backup offer. WOW. Jorge is very professional and efficient. He has a sense about the right person for a piece of property. I truly believe he cares for his clients. I would say that Jorge went above and beyond in selling our parents home.

We would highly recommend Jorge. He is very knowledgable around the entire process( buying/ selling), he listened to what we needed, and was always available. I can not think of a time that I could not reach him. We contacted him in late October, and by the beginning of December we were already moved in into our new home; and by the beginning of January we had sold our old home.
