The WORST - unreliable, dishonest
- Jose and I connected, but did no business
Jose was very back-handed and informal in his relationship with as a tenant in a rental unit. Although we had a verbal agreement (enforceable by Florida law) where I would move out of the apartment early he later refused to reimburse by security deposit. He has an obvious lack of understanding of Florida Realty law and a similar lack of scruples.
