- Joyce helped me buy a home
Joyce did an excellent job in finding homes that fit our criteria. She could have negotiated a better price for us in our home but seemed to be more interested in her bottom line. We pretty much feel that we were our own realtor in most of the process. For her to be a "seasoned" realtor, we expected more from her than what we received.

We believe she could have negotiated a lower price for us (it was a foreclosure). We feel we did most of her work for her. She only seemed to be interested in making her money and not have our best interest on her agenda. In our experience, she was extremely incompetent and we would not recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
