As first-time home buyers Juan made sure to explain the ins and outs of the home buying process to us. He took his time with details and never made us feels rushed. Before showing us a home Juan would make sure he did his research on the home, its selling history, and the comps in the area to make sure we always were able to make an informed decision. Also, as a previous appraiser Juan made sure we knew the pros and cons of every house before we made any decision which really added value to our home buying experience. He has an eye for things that may present issues down the line or impact the resell value/potential of the home. I can honestly say that I truly felt Juan was personally invested in making sure we found the right home for us beyond financial gain. If he felt a home would be a poor investment, he would let us know even though that meant delaying the projection of commission for him. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Juan. Although we plan to stay in our new home for a while, we will use him again when the time is right and would definitely recommend him to others in the mean time.

Juan was very informative, diligent, honest, and communicative throughout our process. He kept us informed on everything and gave great tips on many different items.
