Julie Villata has held her broker’s license for 38 years and has sales experience in residential, residential income, and corporate relocation transactions. Julie attributes her success to the fact that she was mentored by her mother, who owned a successful brokerage firm in the central valley when Julie was growing up. Her mother who, according to Julie, was “the best mentor in the world” not only taught Julie how to run a real estate business, but also the value of integrity and professionalism.Throughout her high level career, Julie has earned many awards in her field, but she never forgets that her clients are her number one priority and that she is their greatest advocate. Buying or selling a home does not have to be an overwhelming experience, and Julie has the competency to guide her clients through the process and with positive results. It is her goal to be responsive, communicate effectively, and treat her clients with the utmost respect, sincerity, and honesty.
