We had the unfortunate experience of buying a home from Jukie that her and her husband flipped. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. She is unprofessional and flat out lied to us. And they do shoddy work. Things may look ok at first glance but underneath there are many problems as you will soon discover. Inspections can't catch them all because they are hidden well and it's not until you've lived there for a bit before things start to fall apart. We will never even bother to view a home she has listed because we will not work with her again. And of course we will never buy a home that she has "rehabbed". Buyer and sellers beware.

In response to the only review here that was negative -- this is Julie and I have no knowledge of this person or the property to which they are referring. I can only surmise this person is another agent who is jealous of my excellent track record or a disgruntled "remodeler" who was outbid at a real estate auction. My husband has bought, remodeled, and sold over 60 properties and I can tell you he goes above and beyond what other "flippers" have done. He was a general contractor of custom homes since 1988 before concentrating his efforts on his own projects. Our reputation from the many, many satisfied customers speaks for itself. I pity this person who felt they had to post such lies about me without detail. I am more than happy to share our portfolio of superior workmanship with anyone.
