Justin listed and sold my home
I've used Justin to sell and buy my home. He was able to sell for much much more than we expected. To be honest we thought he was a bit young at first but after we researched him we found out he has been a realtor, broker, and certified appraiser for 18 years and he proved to be one of the best negotiators my wife and I have ever seen. He was the only realtor we found who was also a certified appraiser which helped so much because he actually was able to give the buyers appraiser a full appraisal report which was part of the reason he was able to sell for over market price because it all comes down to the appraisal side when getting the highest sales price possible. So grateful for Justin!
