Karen Hungate

Karen Hungate was my realtor for my fathers estate. She was a pleasure to work with and a tremendous help from the second she started till the final closing day. She provided the highest level of service and is an asset to the Keller Williams team. She is meticulous, dedicated and represents the highest level of professionalism possible. Karen through her fastidious efforts was able to get me an additional $18,000 dollars on the property and was able to close escrow before the timeline expected. If I could sum up our experience with Karen Hungate in one word it would be unbelievable. From the very first meeting Karen was involved in every aspect of planning and leasing of our home. Incredible professional!! Karen helped us find the perfect home to rent. She made every effort to make this experience not only simple, but effective. Another plus for Karen is that whenever we needed anything - CC&Rs, someone to make a repair, or whatever - she had an answer immediately - no waiting until she got around to it. Again Karen is the best!
