Before getting my Real Estate license in 1979 I taught high school Psychology and Home Economics. I worked for the largest Real Estate Broker in Cincinnati, Ohio and was a top producer winning many awards over the years. After arriving in Florida I sold for Sun Central Realty here in The Villages . I then worked for The Villages Developer selling new and pre-owned homes until joining ERA T om Grizzard Realty. Once again I have been a million dollar plus producer in 2003,2009-2013
Living in The Villages I enjoy clogging & horseback riding with the Horse’N Around Club which I helped to start. I am a member of Beta Sigma Phi here in The Villages a worldwide charitable/social sorority. My husband and I enjoy social activities with the New York and Ohio Club as well as our neighborhood organization.

Kathleen was very knowledgeable regarding the real estate market seemed to get turned around going from house to house. Explained the entire process very well most of the paperwork was done via internet. I felt the experience was interesting due to the fact that I was a newbe to the villages. Kathy spent a fair amount of time showing us homes. The entire shopping spree was interesting and fun
