We consider ourselves very lucky to have stumbled upon Kathy. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and you can tell that she really loves the area as well as her job. We have had other agents before with other home purchases but we never felt as confident in an agent as we did with Kathy. We had a consultation with her where she asked a lot of questions about us, our lifestyle and what we were looking for and why. She obviously really listened. Every day we would receive pictures of potential homes that matched our exact wants and needs, we were able to decide which houses we wanted to see. She was very accommodating with our crazy schedules and we found a house fast. She is very knowledgeable about the processes of buying a house which can be intimidating but she made us feel very at ease and stress free during the process. Kathy was always right on top of things, quick to respond to our texts regarding anything. She brought in a stager and photographer and took care of all the details. She was very reassuring and inspired confidence during the whole process, it only took 4 days from when it was listed to pending! She was instrumental in getting inspections and repairs done during the very short escrow period as well.

I have bought and sold properties with Kathy, and have referred her to others, for a total of 9 transactions. She is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. Her high integrity, her commitment to and concern for her clients, and her excellent interpersonal skills combine to make every transaction a success.
