Kathy Garland

Kathryn Garland grew up in a real estate family and has a love and appreciation for the business that was cultivated from a young age. As a second generation Realtor, she entered the Real Estate Business in 2009 after completing real estate school and receiving her Real Estate License and joined her father to create the Garland Team. Having originally studied at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, she returned to Memphis and majored in Real Estate at the University of Memphis. Kathryn has lived all over the city of Memphis from Germantown, Midtown to Downtown and has extensive knowledge of the areas including neighborhoods and school districts. She believes in educating her clients on the home buying and selling process and ensuring her clients that she will guide them through this process with as much ease as possible.
