As a full-service real estate professional, I can do many, many things. I successfully negotiated a home sale against 9 competing offers which subsequently closed escrow in 17 days. Additionally, I even fixed a leaky faucet in a backyard before a private showing. However, what I do best is support others and make them feel at ease. Buying a home is stressful, which is why it is important that I make sure you feel comfortable with the entire process. I love to use humor in any situation and I am comfortable in my own skin (after all, it would be pretty disgusting to wear anyone else’s skin). One of my best assets is assisting others. Real estate is something I am passionate about real estate because it feels fantastic to help others.
