Purchasing a home can be a very stressful experience. I recently went through this process for the third time. I dreaded the experience as I especially hated the paperwork and touring endless homes for sale. Meeting Kay and Sarah, I immediately felt a bit of ease, I am not sure if it was their calm down-to-earth mannerisms, but from that first moment until we found a home and I signed on the dotted line, I was treated to nothing but professionalism and kindness. Both Kay and Sarah went out of their way to assist me, going to far and to sit in on my home while repairs were made and I was at work, babysitting my two elderly pugs and driving me all over to see property. I felt that they had my best interests at heart and I was right. The worst part of the whole process was when it was all over and I was moved in, I didn't get to see the team very much. These three are a fantastic team and I can't begin to rate them high enough.

I value honesty and integrity and with all the twists and challenges that came up in my particular home sale, I always felt well informed and confident in the decisions I was making. Bill and Kay helped me understand the pitfalls and identified questions I didn't know I had, protecting my interests along the way. They followed through on their customer service promises exceeding my expectations in the process.
