Was just flipping through reviews of restaurants in Charlotte and I noticed that my only Realtor in Charlotte Kenneth Lin was listed on Yelp. Just some quick background is that I have been a licensed Realtor in the Miami Metro area since 1981. Kenneth is the first Realtor that I have met in Charlotte that has a clue and all the right answers. He has been my Realtor and Property Manager for over 10 years. Since I am not licensed in NC, Kenneth is the only Realtor I trust do do my transactions in NC. Energetic, resourceful and extremely knowledgeable about Real Estate and all components associated with Real Property. Other companies have approached me, but Kenneth is top notch and would not consider using anyone else but Urban Nest. Kenneth is top notch!! I met Kenneth when viewing a rental home that didn't quite work out for my boyfriend and I. So, my wife and I decided to build a home in the neighborhood in which we already lived. Our former neighbors had done the same, and used Kenneth as their realtor. We bumped into them one day after they moved into their new home, and we asked who they used for a realtor. They had nothing but great things to say about Kenneth, so we decided to give him a call. Our old neighbors were right...he's amazing. After our first meeting with him, we knew we had made the right choice for a realtor. Kenneth is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and organized. He has a background in finance, so he's great with numbers. Selling a home to buy a home is a very stressful scenario, and Kenneth was very reassuring during the entire process. No matter how busy he is, when he talks with you, you have his undivided attention. I swear, the guy doesn't sleep. I would email him a question in the evening, and the next morning check my email only to find he replied at like 2 or 3 in the morning with a lengthy, detailed message. The guy doesn't cut corners. He will provide you detailed analysis of all scenarios in any situation, covering all of the possibilities. To say I was impressed with Kenneth Lin would be an understatement. While I have no desire to move again until I'm carried out into a retirement home, when that time comes, the first person I will think of to sell my home will be Kenneth Lin.

He is very savvy with real estate matters and is always pushing himself to learn more and grow more so that he do better for his clients. Kenneth was very patient as we looked to find just the right property for me in the booming NoDa/Plaza Midwood area. We toured dozens of houses until we found the perfect one that we were able to get below appraised value and significantly below comparable listings. This property was cash flow positive from day one, and continues to perform better and better as rental rates have risen.Again, I can't say enough good things about Kenneth and would encourage everyone to turn to him!
