I have been working as a Realtor since 2010 and serve Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor and the surrounding areas. I love what I do and I love living in Northern Colorado! I am happy to answer any questions you may have about the area, things to do, and the best places to live. One of the things I love most about this area is the wide diversity in neighborhoods, culture, and recreational opportunities. Whether you desire to live in Old Town Fort Collins in a 100 year old bungalow or you'd rather find your dream home "away from it all" on a few acres outside of town, Northern Colorado has something for everyone. I have experience assisting clients in a wide range of residential real estate transactions including horse property, new home construction, investment properties, HUD homes, and Old Town. Personally I am a firm believer in the wealth building potential of real estate and am a rental property owner myself.
