My wife and I used Kevin in the sale of our home and had Kevin help us looking for a new home. Kevin had a great plan and strategy for selling our home that got us a great deal and plenty of offers to choose from. We would highly recommend Kevin for his attention to detail, his timeliness and communication skills that helped us all the way through the selling process. We ended up finding a private home sale but Kevin still helped us with questions on P n S and wording when we wrote an offer to the sellers. We sort of got thrown into selling Mom's house when she headed toward assisted living. She had lived there for almost 70 years. That means a house with some aging or aged parts, and stuff everywhere. Kevin Chase took the time to inspect the house from a buyers point of view and help us understand what would need to be done to sell the house for the best price in the shortest time. We began to clean out while Kevin began the listing process. It took nearly a month for us to completely clean out the house and fix the things that might make selling difficult. As soon as the listing was published, showings began. And there were quite a few showings right away. Shortly after the listing was out Kevin planned and held an open house. Kevin advised us to reject the first "low ball" offer that came in. Within a very short time we had a reasonable offer, which we accepted and began the actual selling process. Kevin help us with several local contractors to satisfy buyers requirements. Some plumbing, some heating, some town hall issues - Kevin did the actual leg work to make sure these got done correctly and timely. Kevin also has all the contacts to make the transaction go smoothly - closing atty, bank, insurance, etc. We didn't need many of these since we were sellers, but if we were buyers, he would have been able to help with all that for us. Very happy working with Kevin Chase and if the needed in the future, he's the one to call.
