Kevin was amazing. I'm late in writing this review but he helped me sell my rental property in Cameron Park. He negotiated the first contract that fell thru because the buyers couldn't sell their home. It was a difficult contract because they kept asking for more and more. Glad they canceled. But we found another buyer pretty quickly and closed right away. Super easy process. Kevin was quick to respond and very helpful. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone else looking to sell and save a ton of money. Thank you Kevin!
