    • Kevin had sold a house on our street not long before we started looking to sell ours, so we contacted him to discuss options. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in his initial presentation and left us confident that he would be the right person to tackle selling our house in a somewhat unusual market (Ramona). Over the course of the sale process, he stayed in constant contact, ran multiple open houses (every weekend for more than a month), and pursued advertising in all manners of media. At every step in the process, we felt that Kevin was as invested in the sale as we were, and he was as far from our past experiences of 'put up a listing and yard sign and wait to see if anything happens' as we could have hoped for. When we did get an offer, he worked with us to negotiate that offer to a number we and the buyers were both happy with, and then helped shepherd the sale to completion in the midst of a near-comedic litany of outside events (wildfires, floods, unnotarized signatures, and a steady parade of business trips on our part). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin to other sellers.
