Kevin Laurent

Kevin had sold a house on our street not long before we started looking to sell ours, so we contacted him to discuss options. When we did get an offer, he worked with us to negotiate that offer to a number we and the buyers were both happy with, and then helped shepherd the sale to completion in the midst of a near-comedic litany of outside events (wildfires, floods, unnotarized signatures, and a steady parade of business trips on our part).
