Kevin was awesome. I had a very challenging transaction, and Kevin stayed patient and optimistic, even when I wasn't. There was a lot of extra work in this one (some known at the start, some unknown), and Kevin handled it all with a great attitude. Can't say enough great things about Kevin. Also a good guy on top of being a talented Realtor.

We met Kevin randomly as he was the agent for an open house we went to last minute. We liked off the bat and could tell he knew the market very well. We called him a week later and he became our agent. It took us two tries to find the home of our dreams! He is very easy to work with, extremely honest and knowledgeable of the current market. He is very quick at responding at all hours of the day and night. We sometimes wondered if he slept. He is very passionate about what he does and is all about customer service. This is a very tough market and he was able to help us get a home at a fair price and also sell our existing home in less than a week! If we could give him 100 stars we would. Kevin helped us buy our new home in the super competitive San Francisco market. We worked with him 4 years before that buying our condo in the city, and we knew we'd want to work with him again to upgrade to a bigger space. We looked for 10 months and made several offers, and Kevin never pressured us to make a decision we were not comfortable with. In fact, he several times advised us against a property which could have had long term issues for us, rather than just pushing us into a deal for the sake of a sale, like some other agents might have done. Kevin is very knowledgeable about various SF building regulations, having worked as an appraiser before, which is important as many homes have illegal units and have built additional space without proper permits. We were OK with some of that buying in a sellers' market, but some listings had serious issues we wanted to stay away from.Another benefit of working with Kevin is that we usually had a pretty good sense of what a property will eventually sell for. List price in SF has very little to do these days with the eventual sale price, but Kevin could give us a pretty close range due to his understanding of the market and ability to create relationships with selling agents.We eventually bought a pre-MLS house Kevin found and alerted us to, which was less competitive in terms of bids, as it never had a formal open house. There were some complexities to our deal that he helped us navigate and negotiate, and I felt at ease knowing that he had our best interest in mind. We got all we wanted in a new home, and more!

With their help, we were able to purchase our first home -- a process that can take a long time and be very bewildering and intimidating. They met us where we were: new to the process, unsure about exactly what we wanted, and on a budget that, compared to our area, was somewhat modest. They patiently shepherded us through many months of home tours, market shifts, and questions, always patient and amazingly available at hours you could fairly call unreasonable to expect to have your real estate agent available to you. We were not a guaranteed sale in our market, but they still treated us like we mattered, which we really appreciated, and let us make our own choices without so much as a whiff of pressure in any direction. We felt heard and we didn't feel judged, which took a ton of pressure off. And on a personal level, they're just kind and pleasant people! Highly recommended!

Caitlin is a great realtor. She is warm, friendly, kind and polite. She was great in providing us recommendations for contractors, meeting us at the property multiple times while we were under contract. She is reasonable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Caitlin to a friend.

Caitlin was absolutely incredible in helping my husband and I purchase our first home in the Bay Area! Not only is Caitlin responsive, punctual and exceptionally knowledgable of the Bay Area (she is a Peninsula native!) she is wonderfully down-to-earth and breaks down the home buying process in a way anyone can understand.
