They are VERY responsive and available for showings, and have two decades of local knowledge. They've seen the Phoenix Metro area grow, know what and where to look for your home needs. They're extremely knowledgable about the closing process which made it easier to understand what was going on, intuitive and effective negotiators. Although I hope to stay in my current home a long time, if I move again I'll be working with the Rodgers Team.
