He adapted to the new rules and regulations and had virtual walkthroughs, and multimedia set up within the week. Buying a home seems a mammoth task for new home buyers. Knowing where to start is the hardest part. Finding a good agent you trust and work well with is the best advice I can give a new home buyer. Hi is very nice and friendly

Kevin supported us through the entire process of a short sale. In addition to providing us with lots of options that met our search criteria for our home, Kevin was great at providing us additional references to help with our inspection, financing and other resources to help us make an informed decision and improve our outcome. In our case the eventual property we decided on was a "Short Sale" which added extra complication to the process. Kevin helped to get us a great deal and did not shy away from the extra complexity. Whenever we were unsure on our best options, Kevin helped provide us with honest and helpful advice always in our best interest. He even helped us with a last minute financing change which saved us thousands of dollars. I can not recommend Kevin enough, he is an excellent Real Estate Professional and master negotiator for the Los Angeles Area!

Kevin Da Silva was extremely helpful in helping me sell my condo in Redondo Beach. He helped me price it right by explaining the key factors and showing me comps. He helped me "self stage" by removing clutter and showing off the property features, and was invaluable in assisting me in locating qualified tradesmen for minor repairs, repainting, cleaning and so forth. Kevin was fantastic all around, helping me out big time as a first time homebuyer. The market is certainly a seller's market at this time, so Kevin was superb through probably a dozen or so offers that were made and rejected on well over 200 homes seen over two months. He visited the vast majority of properties with me, based on his schedule - not an easy feat for someone who is working more on the Westside than Long Beach. That is the kind of commitment I like to see from an agent. Even though Long Beach/Lakewood isn't quite his strongest service area - something I was aware of going into everything - he was able to provide plenty of information on the local area as well. Once we finally had an offer accepted, Kevin was great at navigating through the inspection/repair process and negotiating a final result that accounted for some of the deficiencies discovered during the investigation.
