Kim has been a fantastic realtor, even 18 months after me purchasing my first home! All the annoying calls, texts, panic attacks, etc. she is literally the best! After looking at 200 properties online, 40 open houses, and 3 bid, I wouldnt recommend anyone else.

I bought my condo with Kim in 2008 and when it was time to sell it years later I went straight to Kim again. On both occasions Kim went above and beyond to make sure I got the best result possible. I would not want to conduct any real estate transaction without her. She is very knowledgeable of the area as well as the real estate business and always calm, positive and extremely professional, even under pressure. She is a tough negotiator but at the same time fair to each party involved in the transaction. She handled all aspects of the sale of my condo while I was out of the country and it all went really smoothly. I just want to say that my whole experience selling a house was so smooth and it's because of Mrs. Cleghorn! She explained things to me when I needed it and she was very knowledgeable about certain procedures such as probate! I don't know what I'd do if she was not there to help me! She is a Jewel!
