Kim was fantastic. I am a planner and like to be ahead of the game in any process and Kim was right on point with everything I asked, if she didn't have an answer right away she was timely in a response. She made the whole process easy and calmed my nerves as a first time home buyer. If we were to look at buying in the future we would certainly reach back out to her.
