Kimiah Wyer

I met Kimiah in 2008 when I purchased a short sale house that she was listing. I was impressed about her knowledge and skills with a difficult home sale. We had several seller issues that could have ended the deal but her efficiency working with all parties eliminated the problems. Fast forward 10 years, I decided to sell that same house and contacted her to be my agent for the sale. I knew that the market was slowing a bit and that quick timing was important. She responded quickly and came prepared as usual. We discussed items needed to be upgraded or repaired to give us the best value without wasting time or money on things that wouldn't. She recommended a price that she thought would be right (it was higher than I thought as other houses in the area were lower) and started the promotion of the house while we completed the work. Because of her promoting the house as coming soon, just as we finalized the last of the work, we had offers and at full price. I had figured that it would take a month to sell as other houses in the area were and was completely surprised that it sold so quickly. This comes from an experienced agent who knows the area and market, doesn't candy coat the market, and works diligently for her clients. As I am a fan of her abilities, we are currently working with her again on another apartment property and I am sure that the sale will be smooth and profitable for us!
