Krista was fabulous. Answered every question we had in an extremely timely manner. Selling your home can be stressful but Krista made it as easy as is possible for this transaction. She was always available whenever we needed her. She is so pleasant and so easy to talk to. Very personable. Very knowledgeable as well. We were lucky to have her as our agent.

I was living in Germany and started looking at home about 30 days before I was moving back. Krista was matched up with me in the process. She contacted me and I explained my situation and when I would return to the states. She was so patient and waited for me return. She contacted me on the day and between the times I requested. She had houses ready for me to view. We went out immediately because she new the urgency to find a home and get out of the hotel. She dedicated herself to every question, text, email and phone call. She even helped with getting information to my mortgage contact. Her bright and cheerful attitude always made me smile. She never forgot anything and even remembered my birthday. If I could have picked the perfect person, Krista exceeded that! If you have the opportunity to work with her, you must.

Krista was responsive (almost immediately) to our questions and concerns. Krista had great local knowledge and a network of contractors, professionals to help us during and after our purchase. This is our third real estate transaction. It was by far the least stressful and smoothest we've experienced. Distance and unfamiliarity with the market should have added immense stress to an already stressful event. Krista was a game changer.

As first time homebuyers, we had so many questions. Krista patiently and quickly answered every one! She was able to negotiate the exact terms we wanted. We only dealt with Krista, never an assistant, and she provided us with a helpful binder of information, which helped us always know where we were in the escrow process. We just purchased a home using Krista Wissinger as our agent and she was amazing. Krista went above and beyond for us. As out of state buyers she had to do a ton of extra work making videos of each house we wanted to "see", along with holding our hands like a toddler to complete the process. She was readily available to us and worked FAST to get us into a home. She helped us "win" the perfect home in a market with practically no inventory in a very short time frame. We are so thankful for all that she did through this process including taking her personal time to let carpet people in for measurements so we could have it ready for install on moving day. We have never worked with a realtor who made us feel like we were the only clients they were working until we purchased with Krista. Krista went above and beyond to get my home sold after I had left Tucson altogether; she did a lot of footwork at the home because I simply wasn't there. Krista always responded asap and kept me thoroughly informed at all times. She' very personable and easy to talk to, I always enjoyed speaking with her! Krista even had to do some impromptu locksmith work when another realtor showing the property accidentally locked the wrong deadbolt, and she got things working again. Great job!
