She was new, I think we may even have been one of her first clients. She left most of the work up to me in finding homes to look at. But, anything I asked, after I selected houses to view from the Listing Book she gave me access to, she set up in-house views. She did not even show up for the closing, but had her brother show up. We felt as first time home buyers very unattended.
