Kwaku-omari Mitchell

Kwaku is very nice and knowledgeable, but also very successful and busy. This shows in his work; he is not hungry to make the buyer happy in the ways I would prefer. He helped me get through the home buying process and things went relatively smoothly. I love my home (I found it but he gave me a lot of helpful information in the process), but he did not advocate for me without prompting. He seemed to be more interested in closing the deal/keeping the sellers happy than doing what was best for me, e.g. he didn't bother to ask the sellers to address minor issues discovered during the inspection, but instead told me that it was a seller's market and they "probably" wouldn't fix anything anyway (I don't doubt that he was right but would have preferred my realtor to at least try; I'm still dealing with one of the repairs that I wish I had just pushed him to ask about). I didn't have any major issues with him, but will use another realtor in the future.
