After a year of living in our home I can give an honest review of the way he flipped our house. When I bought one of his many flipped homes it was gorgeous. He made sure to do everything as cheap as possible and we are seeing that now! The roof leaks he claims no fault he he placed shingles over shingles. My daughters room the water runs into her room due to the slope outside he gave no suggestions or before and after pics of the damages that would be caused or any recommendations as to fix the problem . As a realtor you would think you would make recommendations . Our pump is as old as the house for our pool. He didn't even want to change the filters that were old and had better days. The plaster inside the pool is already coming out. The tiles are also falling off. We have had to replace the AC unit that was above because it stopped working along with the pool motor and pump . All the circuits in our house are popping. My sons room would go out every time we were turn on the microwave. Anytime we would use is there an outlet by the sink all the lights in the house with them we had to fix all of that . This has become a money pit every day we wake up. The wood is rotted on the fence we had to replace. We had to place vents inside the bathrooms because there is none things you don't notice until you live in a house for a year. Nothing about this house has been a minor fix . So my recommendation from buying a house from this guy don't do it. His associates referred to them as a slime bag.
