Kyle helped me sell a house last year. The process was very easy and quick. He and his staff did a great job marketing and we sold for a great price very quickly with a painless closing. Then I used Kyle to find a house to buy. That process was much longer and more tedious because I was pretty picky on what I wanted and looking in a very active neighborhood. Kyle exhibited the same enthusiasm and professionalism as we saw maybe 20 houses and and made perhaps 5 offers over 6 months. Eventually the right house came available, but because it was a big project, the financing was difficult. Kyle stuck with it, always ready with the next step to get the deal done. He knows what he is doing, and I highly recommend him.
