I am so happy that I chose Latrice to be my realtor. She is incredibly knowledgeable, was able to help me navigate some tough situations. She goes above and beyond for her clients and her big heart shows. She answered any questions that I had, big or small. She has a great relationship with other realtors in the area and it shows. She was able to negotiate a great deal for my first home and I will 100% work with her again.

Wow! Leatrice made buying our new home a breeze! This was my first time working with a realtor and stories from friends warned that an agent can be a hit or a miss. Leatrice is a homerun! She is professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Leatrice made the entire home buying processes easy. She timely responds to emails and phone calls. We bought our first house in Irvine with Latrice and glad we did, I gave her a 5 star because of the below list: 1-She is very responsive; I had too many questions (as a first-time buyer) and she took her time to educate us and she was answering emails, calls and texts timely, 2-She was punctual; She was never late to any of the appointments we had. 3- She never pushed us; I didn't feel any push from her even when we were so picky 4-She made it fun and enjoyable; Buying a house is not fun (sorry!) but she tried her best to make it enjoyable 5-Her assistant at the time, Cindy, was so responsive and helpful as well.

Fantastic Realtor who went above and beyond in helping us find a home that perfectly fit our needs and budget. Even sent videos of several properties to my wife and I (We are out of state) so we could get a better idea of the properties and layouts. Also very responsive to messages.

This review is long over due! If you’re looking for a home in Orange County (especially the Irvine/Lake Forest area), Latrice is your realtor! As we began the search for our first home amidst the pandemic, my fiancé and I coincidentally found Latrice. We had no idea what we were getting into and we are so grateful Latrice was there to hold our hands throughout the process. First off, she listens! She navigates the search curated to you. She takes into account what you like/dislike. With each showing, she helped us dive a little deeper. In no time, we were able to fully understand our own preferences which ultimately gave us a clearer picture. Latrice is also patient. Never did we feel rushed. She constantly encouraged us to take our time, never settle, because she wanted us to find our perfect home. As busy as she is, Latrice never neglects her clients. She is extremely responsive and is there to help you. She is honest. She will answer all your questions, no matter how many you may have. She will give you her professional opinion but never try to sway you away from yours. She will help you feel confident in your decisions. Most importantly, Latrice is genuine. Meet her once, and you’ll see what I mean. Her bubbly personality will instantly have you feeling like friends. Showings were always fun! Beyond the fun, Latrice is serious when it come to negotiations and closing. She always has your best interest in mind so know that she’ll always be on your side! Before I jump into my experience with Latrice… just do yourself a favor and choose her as your realitor. SHE. IS. AMAZING. Ok, truly, Latrice and her team are wonderful! Buying a home right now is extremely difficult. Latrice was great at explaining the process and helped me to understand what to expect during such a crazy market. One thing I loved… is I’m a little impatient, I’d find something I wanted to see and Latrice would set it up same day. Between her and Cindy, they would make it happen. Latrice understand me, and my family. Buying a home is emotional and stressful. Having Latrice to negotiate and to keep me grounded was super helpful. She knew what I was looking for because she got to know us as people and clients. She’s professional, but super genuine and personable. She’s the best of both worlds. Even our the purchase of our home, she was there with recommendation for remodels and always alway had my back. I truly appreciated all her help! Best part… she wanted what was best for me and my family. She was almost more excited about my new home than I was because she knew how much it meant to me and my family.
