I recently sold my home here in San Tan Valley using Laurel. She is now with Better Homes and Gardens. She explained the selling process with me being a Canadian seller. She put me in touch with a "tax advisor specialist". Thoroughly impressed with her home staging, photos, cleaning and touch ups that helped sold the home. We never had to leave our home in Red Deer Alberta. She went so far as to package up the little things that my wife and I wanted to keep when we did arrive after the sale. She was in contact daily with my wife and I. I got my asking price and a little more than expected. I strongly recommend her as a realtor and she is a wonderful passionate lady who truly care about you as a person.

Our Canadian neighbors used Laurel. Very friendly, honest to a core and willing to do what ever it takes to sell our home. She staged the home after she personally cleaned it herself, brought in a very professional photographer, staged open houses and was on call 24-7 for us. being Canadian she relied on her tax expert to guide us in directions the buyers title company knew nothing about. We think she is the best realtor in Arizona based on our sale and have recommended her to other that have said the same thing. She is knowledgeable, honest, but most importantly she is passionate and cares about you. She is like family to us now

We knew Laurel thru her husbands business. When it came time to sell her knowledge of Canadian seller selling their home was an added plus. She explained FIRPTA in detail as well as the selling process every step of the way. At each step we were told what to expect from the buyers and what we should do as sellers. What a wonderful young lady she was who came highly recommended within our Snowbird community. We were hit with cove at 19 and had to move back to Canada March 23. When we got back to Canada we had made the decision to sell our home but did not know who to call we had some friends recommend Mrs. LUZZI and a few others. After interviewing the two women and one man we knew right away who our realtor was going to be. She explained the selling funnel and was in contact with us twice a day she told us what to expect and it happened on many occasions. But this is what separated her from the other two she brought in a crew to clean the house , she staffed the house, she brought in a professional a photographer that took photographs of the house but shockingly she spent hours and packed our personal belongings in boxes and put them in the garage to be transported out to a storage unit. The other two agents said you’ll have to find somebody to do that and that alone told us we had a special agent working for us. One agent even said we don’t take calls after 4 PM on a Friday and will answer them on Monday morning. They also did not do open houses or professional photography. We have just been blown away by the kindness of her heart and I can see the ability and how proud of a person she is that she wants to be the best realtor in Arizona and darn it she’s going to get there!
