Leslie's team has sold two houses for me in last two years. Both transactions were smooth and worry free. They took care of everything from remodeling, staging, photography, cleaning, gardening our properties before putting them on MLS. Selling a house could be stressful if you don't have the people to rely on. After meeting once and having handed the keys to them, I let them made decision on the needed repair and touch up. Leslie Peterson and Sheryl Danielson took what seemed to be an impossible sell-buy situation and made it work so smoothly that we are still in a daily state of shock and joy. We were selling in Castro Valley, but needed to stay within the school district. We followed their advice on staging and preparing for showing the house and had five offers (four above asking price) after four days on the market that included one weekend of open houses. We were under contract before the Wednesday Brokers' Open! Unfortunately the first offer fell through, but they had us back under contract in less than 12 hours and at a higher selling price! That offer stuck and they even managed to negotiate an earlier closing and a free rent back to make the timing on our purchase work.On the purchase side, Leslie and Sheryl were very professional and helped us negotiate a reasonable purchase price (below asking price!).
