How do you choose a realtor from a website? Obviously looking at their reviews is a great place to start! I also suggest you take the time to call more than one agent and interview them on the phone. While experience, knowledge & professionalism should be a given, really 'connecting with' an agent is key. I truly believe that looking for homes should be a fun experience! I like to show my out of town clients what makes this area special. I also believe that when I get to know them, I can truly help them pin point the areas that would best appeal to them- not just where I feel like taking them.
